Software Development Team Leader
RankAbove is looking for a Software Development Team Leader, to head-up the development of its SaaS Software Platform. Applicants should be capable of leading a small team in the development of a software product, as well as have the ability and willing to write code.
Successful candidates will also have:
- A good knowledge of C++ - a requirement
- Must have good experience with web applications
- Good experience with both Ruby and MySQL - an advantage.
- A background in IT - an advantage.

RankAbove is seeking an energetic self-starter and highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our sales team. In this vital role, youll be responsible for managing and expanding sales globally. Your primary role will be prospecting and closing new business. In addition to prospecting for new customers, you will also work with our pre sales/tech team to secure mindshare and leverage the customer base to increase your pipeline. You will be expected to be a key contributor in driving daily sales and building a healthy pipeline for growth.
Successful candidates will:
- Aggressively prospect for new customers and convert into closed business.
- Expand carrier relationships and leverage these relationships to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with pre and post sales/tech team to close business.
- Manage the sales process with prospects to efficiently convert the carrier leads into closed business.
- Provide a highly visible presence to our Carrier partners so that we are viewed as a means to help win new business and keep existing customers.
- Drive and facilitate the growth of territory sales.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Strong presentation skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record in meeting strategic goals, objectives, and quota (sales targets).
- Understanding of and ability to sell business productivity software applications and solutions ROI based selling experience.
- Ability to generate prospect lists, cold calling and closing opportunities.
- Proven experience in building a robust pipeline and managing pipeline to close business and meet quota.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of direct and channel sales experience required.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Potential to build a global sales team.
- Must be willing to travel.
